Driving Custom Concepts to the Next Level
It has been more than a decade of cool concept customs for Penfound Design, and things are just getting interesting! Starting with the 1959 Buick LoSabre in 2002 and moving on through the 1964 Cadillac Cambiar, 1963 Chevrolet Sportsroof, 1959 Chevrolet Inpala, 1964 Pontiac Sabertooth GTO, 1970 Chevrolet Scramjet Camaro, 1961 Tealbird Thunderbird and 1955 Turnpike Thunderbird each car has earned awards and media recognition along the way, and more than 30 companies have helped support the cars, which is gratifying. Several projects are underway and they promise to build on the history of “Smooth and Clean” that has always been a part of Penfound Design.
